RUSLP's Grievance Redress Mechanism Digital Platform

In order to streamline grievance requests and better serve you, we utilize a Grievance Redress Mechanism system. Every grievance request is assigned a unique grievance number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your requests. A valid email address is required to submit a grievance.
